Adult Jail Chaplaincy Training Class 2011

The dates, fees and tenative schedule for the 2012 Adult Jail Chaplaincy training class will be listed here by July 1. The fee is non-refundable. Class size will be limited to the first 10 people who submit their completed application and fee.    If there are less than 6 applicants, the class will not be held and your fee will be refunded.   Checks are payable to: Transforming Jail Ministries and mail to the address at the bottom of this page. Indicate clearly that it is for “AJC Training.” 

To successfully complete the training, you must attend at least eleven of the thirteen sessions including the 2 mandatory sessions.  The 2 mandatory sessions are the first session on The Role of the Chaplain and the session on How To Deliver A Death Notification & Grief Intervention.  Successful completion of the training does not guarantee you an invitation to become part of the Adult Jail Chaplaincy Team.

Training is currently conducted at the TJM Training Center,  located at 4050 Executive Park Dr. Suite 410, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.
